House Rules

1. Guests are kindly requested to show their identity card (for Vietnamese citizens) or passports with valid entry/ exit visa for check-in formalities.
2. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons; explosives, inflammable and prohibited goods into the villa.
3. It is prohibited to gamble, use drugs and illegal stimulants in the villa. Guests will be held fully responsible for any violations of the Vietnamese Law.
4. Your valuables such as jewelry, money and personal electronic equipment must be kept by yourselves. The villa will not be responsible for any loss if guests do not follow this regulation.
5. Guests will be liable to indemnify the villa at current prices for any losses, breakages or damages cause to these assess.
6. Our check-in time is from 2pm and the check-out time is at 12pm. Kindly inform the Reception team if you want earlier or later than that.
7. Guests must notify the Reception 2 hours in advance before checking out in order to pay the rest of the bill and check-out formalities
8. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. Any queries or concerns please contact our Reception team.
Rules

Please present a valid ID card or passport with a valid visa for check-in procedures.
Payment of the remaining 50% of the room fee plus a deposit of 1,000,000 VND is required to cover any additional service charges and/or damages caused during your stay at the villa (if any).
Guests are responsible for compensating any broken, lost, or damaged property at current market value.
Valuable items such as jewelry, money, and personal electronic devices should be securely kept by guests. The villa is not responsible for any loss if the above rules are not followed.
When ordering from the villa’s menu, please place your order at least 2 hours before mealtime.
Please respect other guests staying at the villa by minimizing noise after 10 PM.
Smoking is only allowed in open outdoor areas. Smoking inside the rooms will incur a cleaning fee of 2,000,000 VND.
The following items and activities are strictly prohibited within the resort.

Animals or pets that are not registered service animals are not allowed.
Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and prohibited goods are strictly forbidden.
All forms of gambling, drug use, and prostitution are strictly prohibited within the villa premises. Guests will be fully responsible under Vietnamese law for any violations.
Please eat and drink only in the dining area and kitchen. Bringing food with strong odors (especially durian) into the bedrooms is strictly prohibited.
Check-in Time

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in will incur a fee of 300,000 VND per hour.
Cancellation and Change Policy

You may change the booking date and guest name up to 2 times per reservation, with a prior notice of at least 14 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the check-in date.
For cancellations, a notice given at least 14 days in advance (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) will receive a 100% deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will not be eligible for any deposit refund.
Surcharge Policy

For individual room rentals: an additional charge of 500,000 VND per adult per night applies. One child under 12 years old stays free of charge.
For full villa rentals: please inform the staff during the booking process. You may invite up to 2 additional guests (total of 10 people) without incurring any extra surcharge.
If guests invite additional people without prior notice after completing the booking process, a fee of 500,000 VND per person per visit will be charged. Furthermore, if the extra guests stay past 7:30 PM, an additional surcharge of 500,000 VND per person per night will apply.
Deposit
